Two New Projects Done

I finished a commission and wrapped up the delivery this past week. I really enjoyed doing these as they were a little more challenging. But I am happy with the turnout and I the customer was too.

Tug Buster

Tug (on left) and Annie waiting for dinner. Below, Tug taking a snooze after playing outside.

Well, what can I say? Tug is a little rascal? firecracker? Well he definately keeps you on your toes. But only when he is outside. He loves and I mean loves to play and have a toy thrown for him. He is a good boy and brings the toy back, but he likes to play for as long as he can. Inside is a totally different story. Snuggles and good a ear scratching are what he wants. He really is a sweet boy. He has been with us a couple times now for a visit when his foster mom has been out of town. It has been a bit of an adventure but what Beagle isn't? He has really learned to respect the cats and gets along so well with my dogs. He even knows some tricks! he can sit, lay down and roll over. Very food motivated, I am sure he would pick up some other commands easily. He is looking for that ever elusive forever home. That special someone who understands Beagles and can love him as unconditionally as he will love you. Check him out on Pet Haven's web site.

They Took Our Tree!

The Saint Paul Parks an Rec guys took our sick Maple tree out. It was sad to see it go. The dogs had front row sets the whole time and enjoyed a break in their afternoon sleeping schedule. They get bored what with all the snow, and not as much space in the backyard to run. And then it has been so cold they don't want to be out for too long. Bummer. But it is starting to warm up a bit so things are looking up.

Edna and Sadie visit

It has been super busy here at the Caverzagie house. Of course with my dogs it is typically busy but we had the addition of Sadie (Basset/Husky mix) a Pet Haven alum and former foster of mine and her new sister Edna. Edna is a husky/greyhound mix and is maybe a year and a half old. She has tremendous energy. Rufus (Great Dane/Greyhound Mix) is in love with her and they play pretty much nonstop. But two big dogs wrestling in the living room can get a little loud. And poor Sadie does her best to join in. It has been a little crazy. But they all keep things interesting. Sadie and Edna go home tomorrow so it will be back to normal for a couple days until Captain comes for his weekly play date. Hope everyone had a safe and yummy Thanksgiving.

Good Day! I have not used this blog for a little over a year.  But I closed my Etsy account and all my current mosaics for sale are at Arti...
